Preparing a great celebration involves taking into account many details, but you should not overlook it, the moment when everything is over, everyone has left and it is necessary to return everything to normality. For that, you have our support, because we offer you our professional cleaning services to leave everything as if nothing had happened.
The same applies to those who decide that work must stop, decide to take a well-deserved vacation; Our job will be to leave everything impeccable so that when you return to your home or office, you can enjoy it as much as the hotel where you stayed on the beach.
It is very similar to our standard maintenance service; offers a complete cleaning finish in your spaces. Depending on the total size of your home or office, you can be sure that, in just 80 minutes, our work team can leave your areas in excellent condition, disinfected, and ready to be enjoyed again.
The difference is that it is a sporadic maintenance service. The Rivas Squad will provide expert cleaning, giving priority to the areas you want.
Packing/unpacking services
Dust window sills, decorative items, wall hangings, blinds, ceiling fans, and furniture
General dusting & tidying
Vacuum all floors
Wood/tile floor mopped
Flat areas hand-wiped (countertops, tables, etc.)
Door and door frames spot cleaned
Vacuuming upstairs, downstairs, and steps
Empty closet floors vacuumed
General tidying of basements, garages, and other areas
Wash sliding glass door, inside and out (weather permitting)
Outside of range hood as well as top and front of range cleaned
Empty wastebaskets and place trash in outside receptacle
Wash window over the sink

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean.
Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
No, although of course, you’re welcome to be. We work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In most cases, the Rivas Squad is provided with a spare key or garage code.
What should I do before the Rivas Squad arrives?
To ensure optimum productivity, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. Following up on these requests will help both your family and the Rivas Squad and ensure that all of your belongings are in a safe place.
What if I need to reschedule a service?
We understand how unpredictable life can be. That’s why we work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your home at a time that’s most convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, you can do so without a penalty, so long as you do so at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.
Do you only provide your services in the city of Tampa?
Yes. At the moment, our company only operates in Tampa although we aspire to be able to increase our area reach and thus be able to cover neighboring cities.
Can I request special cleaning services?
Whenever you require an unconventional service, you should spell out the details of your need. Our team will evaluate the possibilities and the way to carry it out

Yes. We provide cleaning gift certificates for every occasion!
